Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday – Friday will be shipped out same day and delivered within 1-2 business days as per Australia Post standards. Please keep in mind GC Lash Supplies are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, will provide you with tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive an item you believe is faulty or are unhappy with an item and would like to exchange it, please fill out a return/exchange form with images and detailed report. If your request is approved, you will need to post back to us. Item must be in the same condition as you received it. In the case of exchanges, your products will be posted to you once exchange item/s have been received back.
